As a landlord, you can easily and quickly respond to multiple messages from applicants at once – for example, if you want to select a group of people to invite to a viewing or open house.
This allows you to provide great service to everyone without spending unnecessary time writing to each individual who has shown interest in your property.
You can also easily send standard messages (prewritten templates) to several applicants at the same time.

How to send messages to multiple applicants at once
- Go to your inbox by clicking on 'Messages' or the envelope icon in the menu
- Select all the people you want to send the same message to by checking the box next to their inquiry
If you've received many inquiries, it's a good idea to filter them before making your selection by clicking on 'Filter' in the top right corner of your list of inquiries. This way, you'll only see messages from people who match your criteria.
You can filter inquiries based on various criteria, including age, employment status, and family situation.
You can also filter inquiries based on the flags you may have assigned to them – for example, if you’ve marked everyone you want to invite to a viewing with a green flag.

- Write your message in the text field or insert a standard message by clicking on 'Standard messages' just below the text field, and finish by clicking 'Send'
Note: Your message is sent individually to each person you reply to. No group conversations are created, and the applicants will not be notified that they are receiving a standard message.
You can also attach a file to the conversation if you wish – for example, if you have created a digital video tour – by clicking on the paperclip icon next to the message field.
Organize your inquiries by color-coding them
When replying to multiple people at once, it can be very helpful to use our flag feature.
With the flag function, you can continuously organize your inquiries by color – for example, based on whether they should receive a rejection or be invited to a viewing.

Write your replies in advance and reply applicants with few clicks
If you often send the same messages repeatedly, it's also efficient to create and use standard messages.
This way, you can write a series of message templates that you can quickly adjust and send to your applicants. It ensures fast and high-quality service.
