When you list your rental on BoligPortal, you can easily add a box to your listing where you invite prospective tenants to an open house.
Simply fill in the 'Invite to Open House' box within your active listing to display an Open House box on your advertisement.
This allows prospective tenants to see that you are hosting an open house event and sign up by contacting you. When they reach out, you can provide them with the exact address and keep track of the number of attendees.
How to create an open house event for your listing
- Go to 'Advertised rentables' on your profile and select the rental for which you want to create an open house event
- Scroll down to the 'Invite to Open House' box in the ad settings and click on '+ Create Open House event'
- Fill in the date and time frame for your open house event and complete the creation by clicking 'Create'
Your open house event is now created on your ad, and a box will appear directly on the listing, informing potential tenants that you are holding an open house for the rental property.
The date and time will only be visible to potential tenants who have purchased access to contact you.
You will automatically receive a notification in your inbox on BoligPortal when a potential tenant contacts you to obtain the address and register.
Note: It is important that you remember to notify all registered participants if you cancel or change the event.

How to close open house registrations
If you no longer wish to receive more registrations for the open house, you can delete your created open house event.
Simply follow the guide above and click on 'Delete' in the open house section of your active ad.
Important: If you delete your open house event to cancel it, it is your responsibility to contact any potential tenants who have registered for your open house and inform them that it has been canceled. The potential tenants will not receive an automatic notification when you delete an open house event.
