Can BoligPortal help answer inquiries on my listing?

When you advertise your rental on BoligPortal, it is you or any employee or partner who must respond to inquiries from prospective tenants in your inbox. 

BoligPortal's customer service team is always ready to guide you in using the inbox, but we do not respond to inquiries on your behalf.

BoligPortal is an advertising platform, so it is you as the landlord who handles the dialogue with prospective tenants. 

If you receive a large number of inquiries, you can, however, benefit from using the following features to make the work easier:

  • Use standard messages
    You can create message templates that you can send with a few clicks – for example
    – invitation to viewing
    – rejection
    – additional information about the property

  • Filter inquiries in your inbox
    You can create better overview so you can more easily focus on applicants who actually match your preferences. For example, you can filter by:
    – household type (single, couple, family with children, etc.)
    – age
    – pets

  • Give your employees access to your inbox via 'Log in as colleague'
    If you have employees or partners who can respond to your inquiries for you, you can contact us to get access to the 'Log in as colleague' feature. With this, the people who are to help you answer inquiries can access your profile and thus your inquiries, directly from their own profile.
