It is generally not possible to get a new listing date for your active listing on BoligPortal – nor can you bypass the system by deleting your listing and create a new one, as this will not give you a new listing date as well.
A listing on BoligPortal must have been marked as rented out for at least 31 days before it is assigned a new listing date. This means that you must deactivate your listing entirely for one month before you can relist it as a new listing with a reset date.
This requirement ensures that new listings on BoligPortal are genuinely new.
However, you can purchase the 'Exposure +' feature, which, in addition to various promotion options, also provides a new listing date.

You cannot delete your listing and create a new one to get a new listing date
It is not possible to bypass the system to obtain a new listing date – for example, by deleting the listing from your profile and recreating it as a "new" listing.
The system will automatically detect that you have previously listed the same address on your profile, and it will retain the original listing date, even if you have just created it again.
Therefore, you must mark your listing as rented out and wait at least 31 days before the listing date is reset and your listing appears as new on the first page.
If you cannot wait 31 days, you always have the option to purchase the 'Exposure +' feature. This package is the only promotion option that grants your listing a new listing date.

Note: Your listing must have been marked as rented out for 31 days – not just reserved.
