Why can't I contact landlords even though I have paid for a subscription?

When you use BoligPortal and have purchased and paid for a subscription, it is important that you are logged in to the profile you created the subscription on when you want to search for housing and contact landlords.

If you experience being asked to pay again when you click on Contact on an ad, it is likely because you have been logged out of your profile.

You simply need to ensure that you are logged in to the profile with the email address that you used to purchase the subscription.

 

How to check if you're logged in via browser (on a computer)

You can always check if you're logged in by looking at the top right corner of the BoligPortal website. Your name and picture will appear in the corner if you are logged in.

If Log in appears in the top right corner, you are not logged in.

If your name appears in the top right corner, you are logged in to your profile.

 

How to check if you're logged in via the BoligPortal app

If you're using BoligPortal via the app, it will instead be shown in the bottom menu bar whether you are logged in or not.

If Log in appears in the bottom menu bar, you are not logged in.

If My profile appears in the bottom menu bar, you are logged in and should be able to contact landlords if you have an active subscription.
