If you are in contact with our customer service representatives regarding your subscription payment through MobilePay, it may happen that they ask you to provide your DKSB number.
A DKSB number is a unique identification number assigned by Dansk Standard for Betalingsformidling (DKSB) to a fixed payment agreement.
How to find your DKSB number in the MobilePay App
- Open your MobilePay app and click on the 'Me' tab at the bottom of the page
- Click on 'Payment agreements'
- Find and click on your BoligPortal subscription in the list of your payment agreements
Note: If you have cancelled your subscription on BoligPortal, you must first click into 'Stopped agreements' and then find us on the list
- Click 'Activities' on the list
- Click into one of your payments
- Look at the bottom of the receipt – here you will find a number starting with "DKSB"
