What does it mean that there is no commitment on my subscription?

When you purchase a subscription on BoligPortal, there is no binding period. This means you are not obligated to remain subscribed for a specific amount of time. 

You can cancel your subscription whenever you want, as long as it’s within your active billing period. 

For example, if you’ve purchased a subscription that renews every 28 days, you just need to make sure you cancel it within those 28 days if you don’t want it to renew. 


You can always view your renewal date on your profile

If you do not wish to continue your subscription, just make sure to cancel it before the subscription renews – that is, before the exact time when a new billing period starts.

You can always view the specific date and time of your next renewal and cancel your subscription directly under 'Subscription' on your profile.

Note: You cannot cancel your subscription retroactively, and it is your own responsibility to cancel it if you no longer wish to continue.

If you cancel your subscription after the specific renewal time shown on your profile, you will not be able to avoid paying for the new billing period.
