If you want to reuse images and ad text from one of your advertisements for another at a new address, you can easily copy the entire ad setup.
This saves you from re-entering all information if, for example, you're renting out several identical units in the same building, where both the text and images can be reused.
Simply click the 'Copy listing' button on the listing you want to reuse, and select the new address where you want to insert the information. All images, text, and listing information will automatically transfer to your new listing.
Note: If you want to relist the same unit – that is, the same address – do not copy the listing, but simply reactivate your existing one.

How to copy a listing to another rental on BoligPortal
- Go to the 'All rentables' tab in your profile and click on the rental you want to copy the listing from
- Click on the 'Listing' tab under the heading with the rental's address
- Click 'Copy rentable'
This copies all listing information, including text and images, into a new listing linked to a new rental – at a different address.
Note: If it's the same rental you want to list again – for example, if it was previously listed and rented out via BoligPortal but is now vacant again – you should instead click 'Advertise'.

- Select the rental from the list you want to copy the listing to – or create a new one by clicking '+ Create rentable'
If you've already created the rental on BoligPortal, it will appear on the list under 'All rentals', as shown in the image.
- Review and complete the listing and finish by clicking 'Submit'
You can always edit the information you've copied into your new listing, for example, if you need to adjust the text or remove some of the images that were automatically transferred to your new listing.
Be aware that the listing's text and images must accurately represent the actual rental you are advertising.
