When the rental contract is filled out digitally using BoligPortal's rental contract builder, the tenant's email must be entered in the step called 'Lejer'.
Two tenants can use the same email in the rental contract.
In such cases, two separate emails will be sent to the same email address, where each tenant must sign the rental contract. Each email will specify which tenant it is addressed to.
Be aware that that some email systems might identity these emails as spam because two identical emails are being sent.
