Why do I need to enter the tenant's phone number in the rental contract?

When filling out BoligPortal's digital rental contract, it is required to enter the tenant's phone number.

This is because the tenant will automatically receive SMS messages about the rental process, including information about signing the rental contracts and collecting any issues or deficiencies for the move-in inspection.

Send payment reminders on SMS

You also have the option to activate SMS reminders on your profile so that your tenant can be reminded to make payments related to the move-in process, as well as the move-in inspection.

Tenant's information is collected in your tenant overview

When you create your tenants in the system using BoligPortal's digital lease contracts, all information is collected on a separate tenancy page.

Here, you have a complete overview of all aspects of the tenancy, including lease agreements and contact information. This way, you always have quick access to your tenants' phone numbers.
