When preparing your inspections as a landlord, you can easily add the inspection to your own digital calendar, for example on your phone or tablet.
You can also send the calendar event via email. This is especially useful if your janitor, administrator, or inspection representative also needs to add the inspection to their calendar.
The calendar event includes an open link to the inspection, which gives the recipient landlord access. This means they can fill out the inspection without being logged into your profile.
Important: You should not use this feature to invite the tenant to the inspection. This function is intended solely for individuals acting on behalf of the landlord.
You must invite the tenant to the inspection separately – for example by sending the date and time via SMS or email.
How to automatically create your inspection as a calendar event and add it to your calendar
Note: BoligPortal's digital moving report service is only available in Danish, which is why some images and words in this guide appear in Danish.
- Open the inspection on your profile under the 'Inspection Reports' tab and go to the 'Detaljer om synet' tab
- Go to the 'Tilføj syn til kalender' field and click 'Tilføj til egen kalender'
If you want to send the inspection to your janitor, inspection representative, or another internal collaborator, you can also click 'Send begivenhed i e-mail'.
Note: You must first enter the date and time for the inspection at the top of 'Inspection details' before you can add it to your calendar.
If you want the tenant’s contact information to appear in the calendar event, you must also complete the 'Lejeroplysninger' tab. - Follow the instructions on your device to add the event to your calendar
