When using BoligPortal’s moving inspection tool, you can always access your inspection reports directly on your profile under the 'Inspection reports' section or from the overview in your oving inspection app.
Here you’ll have a full overview of all your upcoming, ongoing, and completed inspections – including your finalized and completed inspection reports.
Note: BoligPortal’s digital inspection tool is a service offered exclusively in Danish, which is why some images and terms in this guide appear in Danish.
How to Find Your Moving Inspection Reports
You can access your inspection reports from your profile at www.boligportal.dk or through the inspection app.
Download the app for your Android device here.
Download the app for your iOS (Apple) device here.
- Go to the 'Inspections reports' tab on your profile
Note: If you're using the app, you’ll land directly on the inspections overview when you open it.
- Click the 'Afsluttet' (Completed) tab to see a list of finished inspection reports, and select the relevant inspection
Under the 'Type' column, you can easily see whether it’s a move-in (indflytningssyn) or move-out (fraflytningssyn) inspection.
- Go to the 'All dokumenter' box and click 'Se flytterapport (pdf)'
All documents open directly in your browser, where you can view and download them as PDFs.
The 'Alle dokumenter' box contains all files related to that specific inspection.
For move-in inspections, the box will also include a list of any defects and issues the tenant reported within the first 14 days of the rental period.
If the tenant was signed up for an electricity agreement through the inspection, the power of attorney for that agreement will also be available here.
The tenant automatically receives a link to the completed inspection report by email. The report is also added to the tenant’s personal Tenant Hub.
Read more about where the tenant can find their Tenant Hub here.
Need to Grant Someone Access to Your Inspection Reports?
If someone else — e.g., a janitor, inspection rep, or property manager — needs access to your reports, you can easily allow external viewing access via a link directly in the app.
