Once you have created and completed an inspection through BoligPortal, a repair list (PDF) will automatically be generated, containing the defects and deficiencies that you or the tenant have recorded in the inspection report.
You can find the repair list inside the specific inspection, which you can access via the 'Inspection reports' tab on your profile.
From there, you can forward it to the craftsmen or cleaning staff responsible for the repairs.
Note: BoligPortal's digital moving report service is only available in Danish, which is why some images and words in this guide appear in Danish.
How to find your repair lists on BoligPortal
Note: You are responsible for downloading and forwarding the repair list to your craftsmen once you have retrieved it from your BoligPortal profile.
- Go to 'Inspection reports' on your profile, click the 'Afsluttet' tab, and select the relevant inspection from the list
- Go to the 'Alle dokumenter' box and click 'Se udbedringsliste (pdf)'
The repair list will then open automatically in your browser, where you can save it locally on your device and forward it to your craftsmen.
The repair list is sorted by repair options. If you or the tenant have added a description and possibly a photo of the specific defect or deficiency, it will also appear in the table.
Images are added as links that you can click directly from the digital list.
If the columns 'Beskrivelse' and/or 'Billeder' are empty, it means that the specific defect was not documented.
The rightmost column indicates who is responsible for the repair cost:
→ 'L' means the tenant (Lejer) must be charged for the repair
→ 'U' means the landlord (Udlejer) will cover the cost of the repair
Note: If you choose to print the repair list, you must ensure that any attached images are printed separately as well, if they are relevant for the craftsmen.
