How do I edit an defect I have registered in my moving inspection report?

If you have entered incorrect information or otherwise need to modify the defects, damages, or deficiencies you've added in your inspection, you can only do so if the inspection has not yet been completed.

Once the inspection has been signed and finalized, you can no longer edit, delete, or add any additional issues.

Note: BoligPortal's digital moving report service is only available in Danish, which is why some images and words in this guide appear in Danish.

How to edit your registered defects and deficiencies in an ongoing inspection

1. Go to the 'Gennemgang af rum' tab in the inspection and select the room where the defect is registered
   
   
   
2. Click the 'Fejloversigt' tab inside the room, and click the three vertical dots next to the defect you want to edit
   
   
   
   
   
3. Make the desired changes to the defect and click 'Gem ændringer' to apply the update

You can then continue filling out the inspection. Once the inspection is completed and signed, no further edits can be made.
