When using BoligPortal’s digital inspection tool, you can easily duplicate your inspections, allowing you to copy and reuse the setup without having to create them from scratch every time.
This is particularly useful if you have multiple rental units with the same layout in terms of rooms, units, and inventory – for example, if you need to carry out move-in inspections for several identical rentals.
The inspection can always be adjusted afterwards to fit the specific rental.
Simply select the 'Duplikér' option on the inspection you want to copy the setup from, and assign it to the new address.
Note: BoligPortal's digital moving report service is only available in Danish, which is why some images and words in this guide appear in Danish.
How to duplicate an inspection
- Go to the 'Inspection reports' tab on your profile and click the three vertical dots next to the inspection you want to duplicate
You can duplicate inspections in draft mode (found under the 'Kommende' tab) or those that are completed and signed (found under 'Afsluttet').
- Click the 'Duplikér' option
Note: If you need to conduct a move-out inspection on a rental where a move-in inspection has already been created through BoligPortal, you can simply click 'Opret fraflytning' instead of 'Duplikér'. A move-out inspection will then automatically be created at the same address with the same rooms and units.
- Choose whether you want a 'Fuld duplikering' or a 'Simpel duplikering'
Full duplication:
Complete copy of setup (rooms, units, meters, and keys) + entries (text, images, defects).
Simple duplication:
Only copy of setup (rooms, units, meters, and keys).
- Choose the rental to which the duplicated inspection should be assigned
You can choose an existing rental from the list or create a new one by clicking '+ Opret lejemål'.
- Choose whether the duplicated inspection should be for move-in or move-out
You will then be taken directly into the inspection builder, where all the selected settings are automatically filled in based on the inspection you duplicated.
From here, you can complete and finalize the inspection, or simply save it as a draft for later use by clicking 'Tilbage og gem'.
Your new, duplicated inspection will be available under the 'Kommende' tab along with all your other inspections.
