If your tenant does not have an email address, it is unfortunately not possible to use BoligPortal's tool for digital rental contracts.
This is because the contract is entirely digital and is automatically sent to the tenant for digital signing via their email address.
The rental contract cannot be signed digitally without the tenant’s email address.
If your tenant does not wish to have an email address, it may be necessary to use a physical rental contract.
However, BoligPortal only offers digital rental contracts, which make it easy for you to ensure that the agreement is legally correct and securely stored on your BoligPortal profile.
When you rent out your property on BoligPortal, you can create as many rental contracts as you wish, completely free of charge. They are digital, legally correct, and easy to fill out and sign for all parties.
Our digital rental contracts are signed digitally by all parties. Therefore, it is necessary for your tenant to have an email address, as the request for signature, including a copy of the contract, is sent through this.
You or your tenant can easily sign the digital rental contract without MitID. However, if possible, it is a good idea to sign the contract using MitID, as it provides an extra layer of security in the agreement between you.
