If you and your landlord have used BoligPortal for the digital signature of the rental contract, you will find your rental contract under your personal Tenant Hub. You can only access the Tenant Hub via the link you received in the email after you and your landlord signed the rental contract.
Read more about how to access your Tenant Hub here.
Once you are inside your Tenant Hub, you will find your rental contract under the 'Your documents' section and 'Rental contract' as shown in the image below.
When you click this link, your rental contract will open in a new browser window – in a new tab on your computer or phone. If you wish to download and save the contract, simply remember to download it from there.
We strongly recommend that you download the signed rental contract and store it in a secure place for the entire duration of your tenancy. This way, you can be sure that you always have a copy available.
Have you signed your rental contract before July 2022?
Digital rental contracts signed before July 2022 were sent with a link that was only active for 3 months. If you didn't download the rental contract before the link expired, you should contact your landlord to have the contract resent.
Note: You will only have access to your rental contract in this way if your landlord uses BoligPortal's digital tool for creating and signing rental contracts. If you signed the rental contract physically, you do not have a Tenant Hub. If you are unsure, we recommend that you contact your landlord directly.
No, your profile on BoligPortal is not linked to your Tenant Hub. Therefore, there is no place on your BoligPortal profile where your rental contract or other housing-related documents are available.
The Tenant Hub is not linked to your BoligPortal profile for security reasons. If you lose access to your BoligPortal profile, it will not affect your access to your legal documents, such as your rental contract.
If your landlord uses BoligPortal's tools, you will always be able to find a copy of your contract in your Tenant Hub. If you have trouble finding your Tenant Hub, simply follow this guide.
No, BoligPortal cannot send you a copy of your rental contract or other legal documents related to your tenancy.
Your rental contract also contains personal and sensitive information, which is why, in accordance with GDPR regulations, we are not allowed to send you a copy.
If you want a copy of your rental contract, you should either access your Tenant Hub, where all your documents are stored, or contact your landlord directly.
If you don't have a Tenant Hub – for example, if your landlord doesn't use BoligPortal's rental contract tool or if you signed a printed contract – you will need to contact your landlord if you want a copy of your contract.
If you don't have a Tenant Hub, there is nothing we at BoligPortal can do to retrieve your rental contract. We also cannot contact your landlord on your behalf.
