Note: This guide is based on the assumption that your landlord uses BoligPortal's tool for creating and signing rental contracts. If you have signed the contract in another way, you should contact your landlord directly for any questions regarding where to find it.
Once both you and your landlord have digitally signed the lease agreement, you will receive an email with a link to your personal tenant hub.
In your tenant hub, all your documents will be available, including your rental contract. By clicking on 'Rental contract', you can open the document directly in your browser and then have the option to download it.
We strongly recommend that you download the signed contract and store it in a safe place for the entire duration of your lease. This way, you can ensure that you always have a copy available.
Have you signed your rental contract before July 2021?
Digital rental contracts signed before July 2021 were sent with a link that was only active for 3 months. If you did not download the rental contract before the link expired, please contact your landlord to have the contract resent.
Note: You will only have access to your lease agreement in this manner if your landlord uses BoligPortal's digital tool for creating and signing lease agreements. If you are unsure whether this is the case, we recommend contacting your landlord directly.
