If you and your landlord have used BoligPortal for the digital signature of the rental contract, you will find your rental contract under your personal Tenant Hub.
If you have linked your Tenant Portal to your profile on BoligPortal, you can find it by clicking on 'My Tenant Hub' in the menu on your profile. If you have not yet linked the two, simply locate the link to your Tenant Hub in the email with the subject line “Welcome to your Tenant Hub,” which was sent to you by BoligPortal after you and the landlord signed the lease agreement.

Once you are inside your Tenant Hub, you will find your rental contract under the 'Your documents' section and 'Rental contract' as shown in the image below.
When you click this link, your rental contract will open in a new browser window – in a new tab on your computer or phone. If you wish to download and save the contract, simply remember to download it from there.
We strongly recommend that you download the signed rental contract and store it in a secure place for the entire duration of your tenancy. This way, you can be sure that you always have a copy available.
Have you signed your rental contract before July 2022?
Digital rental contracts signed before July 2022 were sent with a link that was only active for 3 months. If you didn't download the rental contract before the link expired, you should contact your landlord to have the contract resent.
Note: You will only have access to your rental contract in this way if your landlord uses BoligPortal's digital tool for creating and signing rental contracts. If you signed the rental contract physically, you do not have a Tenant Hub. If you are unsure, we recommend that you contact your landlord directly.
You have the option to link your Tenant Hub, in where you will find your rental contract – directly to your profile on BoligPortal, so you can always access it with just a few clicks. All it requires is that you go to the 'My Tenant Hub' menu on your profile and complete the connection.

As soon as you have linked your Tenant Hub and your profile, it will be available to you under 'My Tenant Hub' directly on your profile.
No, BoligPortal cannot send you a copy of your rental contract or other legal documents related to your tenancy.
Your rental contract also contains personal and sensitive information, which is why, in accordance with GDPR regulations, we are not allowed to send you a copy.
If you want a copy of your rental contract, you should either access your Tenant Hub, where all your documents are stored, or contact your landlord directly.
If you don't have a Tenant Hub – for example, if your landlord doesn't use BoligPortal's rental contract tool or if you signed a printed contract – you will need to contact your landlord if you want a copy of your contract.
If you don't have a Tenant Hub, there is nothing we at BoligPortal can do to retrieve your rental contract. We also cannot contact your landlord on your behalf.
